Saud Abdulaziz Kanoo
Chairman
Mr. Saud Kanoo is a multi-business visionary associated with a group of companies having diversified interests in shipping, logistics, real estate, travel, machinery, industrial & energy amongst others. He is the Chairman of Ossis Property Developers BSC, Bahrain; one of the leading property development companies in the Gulf region and the developers of Amwaj Islands in Bahrain. He is the visionary and pioneer to have conceived and developed Amwaj Islands in Bahrain.
He is also the President of Kanoo Capital and Director of Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo WLL. Having graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in the United States, he is an engineer by profession and holds an MBA as well. He has over 36 years of working experience in property development and real estate. He was a member of the Shura Council of the Kingdom of Bahrain for two consecutive terms and is a member of various Boards representing the Company’s interests.

Redha Abdul-Halim Mukhtar has over 30 years experience in the field of construction spread across countries like Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Well-versed in handling both the technical and managerial responsibilities of real estate projects, Mr. Mukhtar guides Al Saraya in exploring investment opportunities in the Kingdom.
